I began seriously cooking when our son came along (2 years ago). It is certainly much more fun cooking for three.

Basically, anything that is quick, easy, and low maintanence! I love to cook roasted vegetables and slow cooked meat.
My cooking tragedies
The Black Forest Cake that I made my husband this weekend. It tasted ok, but looked hideous!!!!
