I've made some classic mistakes. As a kid I tried to made vanilla pudding from a chocolate pudding recipe that used unsweetened chocolate , and didn't think to adjust the sugar (waaay too sweet!). And, of course, my sister and I baked our first Thanksgiviving turkey with the bag still inside (oops!).
