Cream Cheese Frosting II
I halved the recipe, but used 1 1/4 cups of confectioners sugar. This created a real nice frosting - not too sweet. Will definitely make again.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
You must try this soup - it is quite different and the italian sausage gives it a bit of a kick. The only changes I made were to use canned tomatoes and dried basil. Very good recipe.

Japanese Style Deep Fried Shrimp
These were delicious. If you had set a plate of these shrimp in front of me I would have thought they came from a restaurant. I brought some to work and reheated them, they were not as crispy, but still got rave reviews.
