Best Ever Muffins
Not normally a baker of sweet things, I tried this recipe for my husband. I used a cup of white chocolate and the muffins were superb. Then I tried the savoury ideas and it worked brilliantly. Thank you so much. It's brilliant.

Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole
My husband loves meat - but when I cooked this recipe he didn't even notice there was no meat. So easy to prepare, so delicious, I even froze the leftovers and they were great a week later. Definitely will be used again and again.

A FABULOUS dish to have for vegetarian guests. Great with a glass of wine and good company.
