Veggie Chicken Rice Casserole
I thought it was okay, but nothing extraordinary. Definitely needed salt and pepper, but that may just be me.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
My husband said, "This is probably the first thing you've made in the crock pot that wasn't dried out." And he's right. It was delicious served shredded, on hamburger buns, with cheese-corn as a side dish. Even my 21-mth-old ate it, with gusto! Thanks for the recipe.

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole
Delicous. Thanks to the other users' tips, we used 1/2 velveeta and 1/2 regular cheddar, and added 1 clove garlic. My 21-mth-old asked for seconds!! Hooray!
