Collard Greens
Substitute the salt pork for smoked ham hocks and you've got the traditional southern recipe. Wonderful!!

Sausage and Oyster Stuffing
My family raved about this stuffing!! I did add a couple of ingredients just because I had them such as, an orange bell pepper, fresh mushrooms and what I believe really made the difference was I used SMOKED oysters instead of fresh. I'm sure I'll be making this one every year.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey
This was by far the best turkey I've ever had. My family was also very impressed by it. It was very moist and falling off the bone. I also chose to marinate my turkey overnight in the rub. I'll be making this next year as well. Delicious!!
