Strawberry Muffins
i tripled the recipe which made 24 mufins and replaced the milk with orange juice(cause i had no milk),added tsp vanilla, did half sugar half brown sugar and put some chocolate chips. Big hit very good flavor and very moist. Will use this batter to try with other fruits.

Herb-Crusted Chuck Roast
Delicious !!! It was very easy to put together. I did not add the rosemary as my family does not like the taste, so I put some Montreal steak spice and it was a great addition. For the sauce i had no horseradish so i combined the sour cream with hot mustard, ginger, lemon juice and salt and it was great. Just the right hint of spice. I served with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Apple Pie Muffins
Amazing ! Tasted just like a slice of apple pie. I did not have brown sugar so i used white and it was still amazing .
