Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins

delicious! i took the suggestion to only use 1/2 cut sugar. i used both walnuts and some chocolate chips, and i used half white flour, half whole wheat flour and they came out perfectly sweet and hearty. i will use this recipe again and again!

oh my goodness! when reading this recipe i really didn't get how it was going to work,having never made shortbread before... well, mine just got finished and a little tiny bit stuck to the pan (just a bit, nothing serious) so i popped it into my mouth... it is the best thing i have ever eaten! practically melts in your mouth! i will make this again and again (maybe even another batch today, i might eat this one before the family gets home!)

Simply Lemon Baked Chicken

this chicken was delightful! i used a chicken about 5 1/2 lbs. but the cooking time didn't need to be increased at all, i used a meat thermometer to be sure. inserting the lemon inside the chicken kept the meat moist as well as flavorful. my whole family loved this recipe, my mother's already asked when i'll make it again!

Peanut Butter Temptations II

This recipe is SO tasty! My dad is a BIG Peanut Butter fan and these did the trick! Very easy and fun to make! Eat them right after you put the Reese's in the center or cever with plastic and eat them after a few days they are still very soft and yummy!!

Deep Dish Brownies

Excellent brownies! My own mother declared them the best she ever had. Of course, I did mess with the recipe a little. Instead of vanilla I used almond, and instead of an 8 inch pan I used a 9 inch, but also used self-rising flour and not all-purpose. Even altered they are fabulous!

Red Velvet Cake I

The icing isn't worth it. It came out very drippy no matter what I did, and it looked clumpy and gross. Next time I'lluse Best White Icing Ever or Bakery Shop Icing instead.

Crumb Cake I

Easy Lasagna I

Perfect! I used turkey and not beef, so the mushrooms added the extra oomph it needed. Especially good for a lasagne where the noodles don't need to be pre-cooked.
