Harvard Beets
Yummy! This is exactly what I was looking for. I've always loved beets anyway, but these were just the right sweet/sour combination. My sauce didn't thicken either, a little more cornstarch would take care of that. I also used the little tiny whole beets instead of the slices and added about 1 Tbsp. of butter right before I put the beets in the sauce. They were so good, Thanks for this recipe!

Supreme Pork Chops
The only reason I gave 4 Stars instead of 5 is because of the appearance. They do not look very appetizing; perhaps under the broiler for browning for a couple of minutes would help. I can't tell that the ketchup added anything to the chops. Next time I will salt the chops too. I couldn't believe the taste. The chops were enhanced with the onion & brown sugar. These are excellent, and nothing could be easier. I will most definately make these again & again.

Baked Sesame Chicken
This was some of the best chicken I've ever tasted, and I'm not big on chicken. I roasted the sesame seeds for 5 minutes at 400, then poured them out onto a paper plate immediately to cool. I agree with most that more flour & sesame seeds are needed to dredge the chicken in. I used sr flour and no salt & it was perfect. I also added a few good dollops of honey to the soy sauce. The sesame seeds made the wonderful flavor, it was so yummy. I'll make this many times. Thanks for posting this great dish.
