Made this cake for Mother's Day 2010. Made it a 3-layer, dropped the sugar to 1.5 Cups and the gelatin down to 4.5 Tablespoons. This needed 16 oz of cream cheese, 8 oz of butter, and 2 cups of powdered sugar. I went light on the powdered sugar so the cream cheese would come through. Everyone loved it.
