Garlic Broccoli Spears
Excellent!! The only changes I made were to use less olive oil (probably only 1 tsp or so) and add parmesan at the end. Unbeatable!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
I like spicy food a lot, but this was HOT! I left everything as the recipe states, but next time, I'll leave out some of the cayenne pepper.. I think that's what makes it hot, more than the jalepenos. Excellent flavor and consistency. Great for winter and it only took about 1 hour to make!

Pumpkin Pancakes
These were a little too heavy for my liking... but overall a decent recipe. On their own, they have a very mild flavor so they taste a lot better with lots of butter and syrup on top! I used pumpkin pie spice in place of the allspice and nutmeg. I would also add more sugar to the batter.
