Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
I wouldn't change a thing. These turned out perfectly. My son loved them. Fast and easy to make too. I was able to make 4 dozen in 45 minutes, by putting all 4 cookie sheets in the oven on convection bake.

Buttermilk Pancakes II
These are good. The buttermilk is a must. DS who is a pancake aficionado, declared these to be the best I've made yet. We added blueberries to the batter and they were scrumptious.
