Scallops with Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce
Nice recipe but 3 minutes per side for scallops is way too long! Scallops will cook in half that time or less.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots
This was fantastic! I used a 10-yr old port and loved the results. Combine with a side of asparagus for a great meal.

Creole Seasoning Blend
Very good and thanks to other reviewers for suggesting this mix as a holiday gift. My bride has never enjoyed any of the store bought Creole mixes, but loved this combination. Very well done!
