Married Fat Man with a couple of dogs and a wonderful wife who's only flaw is her choice of life partners! I love a nice spicy dish that is full of simple flavors! While nothting beats a great steak, my all time favorite dish is meatloaf made with corn bread crumbs instead of bread and stuffed with Pablano peppers and onions. I tried to help my wife and her father cook a Thankgiving turkey once. When asked how I could help, her father sent me to the store for a bunch of random items. When I retuned, I discovered two things; 1) we already had all that stuff and 2) Sometimes a dad just wants to be with his daughter. It was just about the sweetest thing I ever saw! No one likes a bragger, but my meatloaf did win an award! - at our Guide Dogs for the Blind puppy raiser meeting! Where to start? How about the time I started cooking with Indian spices and finished with Mexican spices? What a disaster! Another classic is the burgers I attempted to embelish that my children re-named "Dog Food" burgers. Funny thing is, even the dogs wouldn't eat this slop!
