Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Use a steamer to keep the leaves firmer yet pliable and preserve nutrients. No need to use toothpicks to keep the rolls together. Double/triple the sauce. 1 1/2 - 1 1/2 Tblsp. meat mixture per roll, depending on size of leaf.
