Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
I followed this recipe to a tee, which I rarely do, and it was fantastic. I used it on chops and a leg of lamb. You can change it around but I didn't feel a need too.

Jagerschnitzel

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
Unbeatable! I no longer need to go to my favorite german resaurant and pay 25$ for my favorite meal. Sometimes I follow this recipe to a tee and sometimes I change it to the way my french grandmother (who had a german mother-in-law) made it and that is to add lots of dill. She alway chopped up dill pockles and put pickle juice in it. Sometime she would just simmer pork chops in pickle juice. Great comfort food.

Chicken with Pear Sauce

This chicken tasted great but was not real pretty looking. My kids liked it and that is what counts around here! I will make this again.

Alice Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
I really love this chicken recipe. I have had it in my favorites since Dec.'01. and have make it many times. I can never follow a recipe exactly so we have had a few variations. I make my own honey mustard sauce. I buy honey mustard add a little more honey and a small amount of mayo. But this recipe does not need much monkeying around. I do bake this instead of broiling. Have served over and over again.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
The best chocolate cookie recipe ever. I have tried this recipe with butterscotch pudding with white chips and pecans. Chocolate pudding with both white and chocolate chips. You can be very creative with different pudding, chips and nut. Raisins might be good, too!

Pecan Pie Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
These were a great way to start the day. Being that I am a huge pecan pie fan these muffins were were perfect for breakfast because they were not as sweet as a pecan pie but were sweet enough for breakfast! I had a small problem getting them out ot the pans. Might try making in a pie tin like a coffee cake.

Cinnamon Syrup

This is an easy alternative to maple syrup. My family love it. I served it on gingerbread waffles (from this web site) but it would be great on any kind of waffles. It would be good on apple pie a la mode also.

Nutty Sour Cream Apple Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2007
I was looking for a quick easy pie that did not use butter. This was OK but I was not thrilled. With all the wonderful apple pie recipes out there I won't use this again. It was not great but I didn't have to throw it away. My kids will eat anything!!

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2001
This was an absolutly wonderful recipe. My husband loved it and he usually doesn't care for sauces or glazes. I put only half the glaze on the roast at first and then basted it with the other half and it turn out great!
