The Really Good Salad Recipe with Pieces of Fruit
easy dressing that received great reviews. i added a splash or two of balsamic vinegar which added depth to the flavor.

Chicken Wings Pacifica
Great flavor - my teenaged son really likes this recipe. Cooked half in the oven, and the rest in the crock pot the next day. He preferred the oven baked wings as the others got too soft/mushy.

Pork, Apple, and Ginger Stir-Fry with Hoisin Sauce
