Creamed Peas
I did not think I liked creamed peas until I tasted these. I wanted something festive for Christmas Dinner, not just plain peas. These were the hit! Thanks for sharing. Tastey.

Cream of Coconut Cake
This is truly a SCRUMPTOUS cake. My husband said he wanted a coconut cake for his birthday and this was succulent! For us, the icing was a bit too sweet and will change that a little the next time. This is my NEW FAVORITE.

Skillet Ham, Cabbage and Potatoes
I read the reviews and did not know whether to try this or not. I did and it was very tasty. Yet others are right when they say it is not much to look at. It's not, not sure if the children will even try it, yet it is very good and I will probably scale it down for one next time. Thanks for sharing.
