Apple Crisp III
I followed the recipe as written, with McIntosh apples, and the taste was outstanding. I was expecting the topping to be more crumbly, but it was more like a soft dough. (Never mind, it still worked.) It did take about 50 minutes to get browned. Quick and easy, and we had all of the ingredients on hand.

Zucchini 'Noodles'
I love zucchini "noodles", but this recipe can be simplified. Just use a potato peeler to make thin strips (discard the core/seeds), and sauté in a little olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste, and add sauce or grated Parmesan as desired.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups
Followed the recipe as written, except for the garlic cheese spread (couldn't find that here). I used a fines herbes spread, but I did add some garlic powder to the breading mixture. (There was quite a bit of the breading mixture left over, though.) The flavor was excellent, and the chicken was moist. Will definitely make this one again. It's good enough for company! Thanks for sharing this one.
