Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Followed everything, except I replaced almond extract with vanilla. Not a fan of almond. Didn't do frosting either. THIS IS DELICIOUS. (and very easy)

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

they do taste like PB&J sandwiches, not too bad...but I don't fancy the mess...the spilling of the jam makes my muffin tray really tough to clean.

Applesauce Cake VI

Moist and wonderful. I also substituted the oil. And I halved the recipe for a smaller cake. It works! Such an easy recipe to do!! And not as sweet as some other cakes. I added raisins.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

SUCCULENT! The best side benefit of this dish is the chicken juice that dripped after the chicken was cooked. It's almost the essence of the chicken! Very nutritious!!
