Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting
We were trying to duplicate a choc fudge cake made for us by a five star chef. This icing definitely hit the mark. It was like creamy fudge on top of cake and not too sweet. Complimented our cake base perfectly. Thank you!!

Best Moist Chocolate Cake
I thought this cake was very moist!! I did add appox 1T espresso powder to dry ingredients and 1/3 c sour cream to wet as well as member suggestion to replace soda with powder + 1/2 extra milk. The flavor was similar to a Texas sheet cake but more developped. I frosted with milk chocolate buttercream and it was great--not too rich. Thank you for this go- to recipe!

Blueberry Sour Cream Pound Cake
I bake a lot and this recipe is great as written. The cake is moist, fine crumb and flavorful. I did not feel it was "too" anything--thanks for sharing.
