Butter Rich Spritz Butter Cookies
disappointing......this dough was way too stiff to come thru the press. so i made dough again and cut flour back to less than 2 cups. worked a lot better but still kinda flavorless

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
What I loved about these cookies is that the chips were ooey and melted long after cookies were baked! Thank you for this recipe---it's a keeper.

Breakfast Casserole
With a couple of changes, this was a great dish. I used 1 lb of italian sausage (cooked in water to avoid browning/crisping then processed small) and 1 pkg canadian bacon cut into pieces, and 2 c shredded cheese. The 9 x 13 pan was emptied by 6 hungry guests!
