Delicious Pumpkin Bread
I see why it's named "delicious pumpkin bread". It's so easy to make and so good to eat! I only used 2 loaf pans so I had to increase the baking time. First I put it back in for 10 mins then covered the pans and did another 8 minutes --- PERFECT!!!!

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker
MMMM! Very tasty dish! My kids LOVE it! I wasn't sure of the combination of brown sugar and ketchup but I am definitely glad I tried it! I will definitely make this again.

Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast
Even though my husband LOVES pineapples, he wasn't too keen on this recipe. I happened to like it but once again, EASY to prepare!
