Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Yum! I cooked it in the root beer and drained it. Then I poured the bbq sauce on and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Let it cook on low for a few hours and it was fantastic! We froze the leftovers and they also reheated nicely.

Taco Seasoning I

Thank you! I hate buying prepared foods but never thought about making my own taco seasoning. My family never noticed it was not the same old package. I now make a large batch and store in a zip lock bag for future uses.

The Best Bean and Ham Soup

This was very tasty the first time I had it. I froze the leftovers. When I defrosted and reheated, I wanted to add a can of corn in with it. By mistake, I grabbed a can of mexi-corn. It was a perfect addition! I will add that from the start from now on. Thanks for sharing!

Pizza On The Grill I

OMG! This is the best pizza ever. I don't know why I never thought about grilling pizza before. I do not add the herbs and garlic into the dough. After I punch down, I form small circles of dough for personal size pies. I top with homemade sauce and whatever toppings the family wants. We have made this about 10 times now and have passed on the recipe to everyone who has tried if. Thank you so much!

I did not grind the herbs. I like the look of it when you can see the rosemary and red pepper flakes. I served this with bread sticks and crusty french bread. It was so good! Thanks!

Tomato and Mozzarella Bites

So Good! I used marinated moz from the deli in my grocery store and I drizzled the dressing over them on a tray then I sprinkled them with a little more salt. They looked so pretty and tasted so great! Thanks!

Italian Bread Baked on a Pizza Stone

Wow was this good! We make this recipe all of the time now. The only changes I made were to rise the loaves on the pizza stone and I add some extra rise time. This is so good, the kids beg me to make it! thanks!

Buttermilk Biscuits I

My family can't enough of these. OMG! These are great. I did not have self rising flour so I added extra baking powder and salt. I also brushed the tops with melted butter as soon as they came out of the oven. This recipe will be a staple in our house!
