Slow Cooker Clam Chowder
This recipe turned out awful. All the milk curdled. You can't put the milk in and then cook it for 9 - 11 hours!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I made this for my mother-in-law and grandmother-in-law on Mother's Day. Pot Roast came out a tad dry, probably due to cutting it in two to fit in my slow cooker. Made a lot of delicious gravy, and the roast did come out very tender which was appreciated by the grandmother-in-law who needs easy to chew food.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
I expected to like this a lot more than I did, since corn and cornbread are some of my favorite things. I think the sour cream killed the sweetness I was expecting. If I try this recipe again, I will decrease the sour cream and maybe add a little condensed milk.
