I love to read and subscribe to more magazines than I care to mention. anything I don't burn, lol. I love to cook italian and some greek recipes since my husband is greek. On the holidays, I am usually the one to have everyone over. I love to cook for the boys and when I see their eyes light up over something that I've made that they like, it really tugs at my heart strings. making food that my picky mother inlaw actually likes! once I made a bachemel sauce for a greek dish I was cooking and I didn't realize that the milk had gone sour. When we sat down to eat, everyone had this really strange look on their face after tasting the meal, like they were being poisoned!
