Pizza Pinwheels
I winged/tweaked this due to time with this one, and instead of using crescent rolls I had a tube of the buttermilk biscuit dough--just mushed them all together and made one big flat dough surface--used diced tomatoes, oregano, smoked provolone, basil, garlic and fresh spinach. Definitely easier to freeze 'em for about 15 min before slicing. Once on the cookie sheet I sprinkled mozz cheese. Baked until golden brown/cheese bubbly (~12 min @ 400F)--they got a little tall(almost like puffballs) since it was biscuit dough--but still VERY yummy!! Can't wait to try the 'real' thing with crescent dough. :)

Linda's Lasagna
Turned out fantastic, only changes I made were just using ricotta cheese and I added chopped zucchini and about 1 cup sliced mushrooms to the simmering sauce before baking. Will definitely make again!

Cookie Mix in a Jar VIII
FANTASTIC!! I've made these cookies a couple of times for events--someone always wants the recipe! Always a hit giftwise as well...especially if you get really interesting jars to put the ingredients in. FYI- Wide-mouth large glass Ball jars are available at the 99 cent store, too! :)
