Sugar Cookie Glaze

This is an excellent glaze. I used it on my Christmas cut-out cookies this year. However, it didn't stay shiny. I used water and it was hard and didn't smear but not shiny after a while. Any suggestions?

Honey Wheat Bread I

This bread was delicious but took much longer to rise. I t also didn't raise as much as I thought it should. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be as dense as it came out or not. It was light and good but dense. Maybe this is the way wheat bread is supposed to be.

Hash Brown Casserole II

This was very good. I used cream of celery soup and I thought the dish could have used more seasoning. Maybe it was the soup I used but since I don't eat meat I didn't want to use the chicken.
