Pasta with Kielbasa and Sauerkraut
Followed the recipe, but was not impressed with the outcome. Took another reviewer's suggestion and used less pasta, added a cup of sour cream and a cup of cheddar cheese after cooking. Fantastic! Will defintely keep this recipe for a change of pace at dinnertime.

Orange Pumpkin Loaf
This is the best pumpkin bread I have ever eaten! I was a little leary about using a whole orange, but did so and was glad I did. We do not care for raisins, so I eliminated them. I also substituted pecans for the walnuts. This is definitely a keeper. I will be using this to make mini-loaves for Christmas this year. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Braided Egg Bread
Made this bread for the first time for Easter this year. After making into a braid and it doubled in size, we thought the dough was going to take over the kitchen. Huge does not describe this dough - we need a much larger word. After baking, however, the bread did disappear in a very short period of time. It was excellent, just a little scary at first!
