Cassata Cake
The cake was a little dry - next time I'll use my own cake recipe. The filling was just okay, nothing special. I iced the sides of the cake with real whipped cream but it still seemed very dry. Probably won't make this again. I'll keep searching

Baked Rice Pudding
Not very creamy - it tasted okay but I was looking for a recipe with more custard. It was actually kind of blah - needed something - maybe more eggs & milk (or cream). Probably wouldn't make it again. Still searching for the perfect baked rice pudding.

Banana Split Cake II
OUTSTANDING! Made this for Memorial Day picnic - what a hit! It ALL went! I added banana cream pudding made from package directions and poured over pineapples. Everyone wants this recipe now!
