Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies
Very Good! A great chocolate fix for ingredients on hand. I followed the recepie to a T. Next time I will double it, (so there is more), and try butter. Yummy as is!!

Fluffy Pancakes
OMG!! I will never buy a box pancake mix again!! Theses were so yummy!! BTW I used lemon juice instead of vinegar for the sour milk mix.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
Very good and easy. I used sour cream instead of milk and seasoned the chicken with garlic powder and cracked pepper. My family loved this dish.
