Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

Perfect pancakes. My husband is a pancake snob and asked me to keep this recipe around so he can make them himself. Definitely a keeper. Thank you!

Party Chicken

I use a recipe like this one except a slice of raw bacon is wrapped around each chicken breast before placing in the pan. It's not the healthiest addition, but it adds a lot of flavor. It's a dish that always gets compliments.
