Cherry Cobbler I
Great Cobbler, always a hit. I only added one thing, because I make this every july 4th (just a tad late on a review eh?). I slice the cherries in half, and add roughly 1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries. Red, White, and Blue!! Simply delicious.

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
Very happy with this recipe, makes a deliciously moist and dense cake. Yes, there were adjustments needed. I cut back on the oil by 1/2 cup, and added an extra teaspoon of cinnamon. Also, for the 9x13 pan, we ended up adding 15 min to baking time. Excellent. Made it the first time for Easter, it was a perfect dessert with coffee, a rave!
