Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies
This is one of the most amazing recipes. I make a lot of cookies and these ones are an all time favorite.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles
I made these cookies for the first time last Christmas and I already have people asking me if I am going to make them again for Christmas. These are absolutely wonderful. They take a little longer to make than I would notmally like but I found them worth the effort.

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies
The first year I made these I was annoyed about how much work they were. But this was my third year in a row making them for Christmas and they are always a hit. I have them down to a science now and don't mind the work. They are a Christmas favorite in my home.
