Chicken Marsala
Great, easy recipes...I had to add a few things so didn't give it a 5. As other's I omitted the Sherry doubled on the Marsala. I included garlic powder and basil in my flour mixture. Also, caralized a sweet onion in a separate pan to add. Cooked the chicken, set a side. Added Marsala, doubled the mushrooms, added light creamy (not much maybe 1/4 c at most) then reduced about 6-7 mins then added the chicken back. Served over cheese ravioli...so good!

Lighter Banana Muffins
Not sure what some were talking about when they said the muffins were dense. I followed this version with the exception of 3 things. I added 1 more banana, 1/4 1% milk, and 1/2 walnuts. It yielded 18 muffins which made my muffins 150 calories and 3.8 grams a fat. Not to bad! Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the lack of oil made the muffins "look" dry altough they weren't at all.

Awesome Korean Steak
I did not make this particular recipie but I know 1st hand (I was taught how to make this dish by my Korean mother-in-law) The choice of meat can be cheap Korean cut ribs (which are just small steaks) and only costs $4.00 for aout 2-2 1/2 pounds. Or for a much leaner disch very thinly sliced (from the butcher) roast beef. The marinate should be made of the ingrediates listed but also a puree of carrots, green peppers, and mushrooms and lots of garlic at least 5 cloves... use this with the other ingredients. Also, not sure if I saw but you should use seamee seed oil. And toasted seamee seeds for the marrinating and final top off.
