Whiskey Hamburgers
delicious! like many others, I scaled it down for 1 lb of ground meat (I used ground emu) and used fresh garlic. will definitely make again.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken
very delicious! like others, I modified considerably to reduce fat and calories. I used 5 T milk instead of the cream and only 3 T butter. I also added the flour from the chicken coating to thicken it up a bit.
