Sopapilla Cheesecake Dessert
Very delicious. I added an egg to the cream cheese mixture just like another reviewer mentioned. Not only is the delicious but it is soooo easy. Thanks so much!

Something Special Apple Crisp
This was delicious. I used my own homemade apple filling but this recipes crisp. The crisp was tasty, buttery, crispy and delicious! Loved it.

Chocolate Cream Pudding
Nice and creamy pudding. I think I'll cut the sugar back by half a cup next time and add an extra chocolate square. It was just a bit too sweet and not quite chocolaty enough.
