Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

My mom-in-law made the long version of this over the holidays. I was hungry for it tonight and tried this out - it was even better than hers!!!!! The paper bag makes the coating of the caramel so much easier!!! I also added some salted peanuts and sunflower kernels to the mix - yummy :) Thanks for the recipe!

Easy Alfredo Sauce II

Easy and tastes great!!!! I used skim milk and low fat parm cheese and it was fabulous. Throw in some California Blend veggies and you have a nice, healthy meal!

Polish Pickles

This one is pretty good. I thought I'd like it better than my mom's (she uses dried beef - found in the canned meat section), but I didn't. To me this wasn't bad, just not as good I was hoping.

Taco Seasoning III

I couldn't even finish two bites. I used this recipe to make taco meat for a salad. Even with ranch dressing, I felt like my lips were going to fall off from the heat! I've never had that problem with the store-bought kind. If you like really hot tacos, this is the recipes for you!

Yes this is my recipe...just to let you know allrecipes altered the way I sent it before they published the recipe. I always use American cheese, NOT Jack cheese.

Bread Machine Garlic Bread

Wonderful recipe! I reduced the garlic (because I ran out). I topped a slice with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese - baked at 350 til melted and it was a delicious lunch the next day! I will definitely make this recipe again (and again :) Thanks!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

The flavor is incredible...it is a bit messy (good stress relief to knead the dough :) I've used this recipe twice...once for pizza and once for husband's pizza pockets (made enough for his lunches all week!) I keep a printed copy in my kitchen...thank you for sharing!!!!
