Mom's Macaroni and Cheese
This is my go-to macaroni and cheese recipe. My kids really like it. I made a few variations to the original recipe however. I make 2 cups of elbow macaroni and increased the pepper to a 1/2 tsp, added 1 tsp of mustard powder and increased the shredded cheddar cheese to 2 cups, I omitted the processed cheese and added 2 ounces of extra old cheddar cheese for its sharpness. I used crumbled up ritz crackers on the top instead of bread crumbs and added extra cheese to the top at the end. Delicious recipe.
