Living in the South has exposed me to many types and styles of cooking. My wife and I started cooking for family and friends 2o some years ago and get lots of kudos for our efforts..:) My specialty is grilled anything. I lean toward Tex-Mex and Cajun flavors in my recipes. I love the spicy flavors, but like to let my guests add any "heat" if they want to Holidays and summer Barbeques are a family tradition with us Being selected to run the annual Rotary Club family picnic because of my grilling reputation.
