Peachy Moist Muffins
Delicious! I just finished a batch they are nearly gone. I used some spiced peach jam instead of fresh and also added 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and more milk. Will do again and again!

London Broil II
This recipe is adequate as is. It was flavorful and tender. It just did not knock my socks off! I will likely try other recipes to find that perfect (for me) taste.

Hurry-Up Ham Carbonara
Pretty good - I was looking for a recipe that didn't rely on cream or milk as a base for the sauce. This worked perfectly. Great for a quick night meal.
