A Number One Egg Bread
Fantastic. I also made this substituting 1/2 whole wheat flour and it was still tender and delicious. A must try!

Carrot Cake VI
This was delicious fresh from the oven and with butter after coming out of the fridge. I used a glass loaf pan and forgot to decrease the temp by 25 degrees...beware! It got a little too done on the bottom because of this. I also found it really sticky when slicing.

Blonde Brownies III
These were REALLY sweet and gooey. I added them to my '01 Christmas cookie giveaways and would gladly do that again...they're a little too sweet to have on hand for just the family but make a terrific gift.
