Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
GREAT burgers!!!!!!! I have made these on several occasions, and everyone RAVES about this recipe. Since I didn't have chili sauce on hand, I just subbed mild picante sauce and it worked out great. As in other suggestions, I placed the patties in the freezer for about 20 minutes prior to cooking. This helped to keep them together while cooking with foil on the grill. A definite keeper!!! Thanks for sharing this GREAT recipe. I am now a hit with the veggie and health food crowd when I grill.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I
Excellent tortilla soup but was a little spicy for some in my family. A lot of ingredients but well worth the effort. If you like spicy this is great. I took some out seperate for me and added some chopped habanero peppers for that extra kick.

Best Baked Chicken
Great recipe. Missing ingredients caused some changes. No soy sauce? Try worchester sauce instead. Also subbed Jane's crazy salt for celery salt and garlic powder for the garlic salt. Chicken was moist and delicious. Used the remainder of large package of dressing mix and added chicken broth, celery and sweet onions as a side dish. Definately a keeper for my recipe collection. Thanks for sharing.
