Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip

So easy and absolutely delicious!! I really couldn't stop eating this. I served with sourdough bread slices and the hint of jalapeno chips and both were delicious. I made a double batch and have been snacking all day on the leftovers, reheated in the microwave.

Brownie Batter + Cupcake = The SECOND BEST Cupcake. Ever

Really good! I used yellow cake mix and iced with store bought chocolate icing and they were delicious! I will definitely be making these again and again.

Baked Honey Nut Chicken

This was really good. Nice sweet flavor, but not overbearing. I used walnuts, but want to try with pecans next time. A nice change to regular chicken breasts.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

This was so good!! I also dredged the chicken in flour before browning. I also doubled the sauce and added stir fry veggie mix at the end. Served over brown rice. The chicken and sauce is delicious. I used Rooster sauce, too, and it was REALLY REALLY hot. I used all four Tbls (doubled the sauce) but next time I will cut that in half. Can't wait to make this again!!

Smothered Mexican Lasagna

This was delicious. I did cut back on the water only use maybe 1/2 cup. I also used extra lean beef because I had that on hand. I added a little taco seasoning to the ricotta mixture and a layer of pepper jack cheese in the middle and on top. Very good the next day, too! Quick and easy.

Mom's Best Macaroni Salad

Really delicious!! It is sweet, but this is just the type of macaroni salad we like. I served this to friends and they asked for the leftovers! When that happens, I know it is a 5 star recipe. Husband suggested adding some lump crab meat next time. DELICIOUS!

World's Best Lasagna

This recipe really is wonderful!! I sometimes add a bit more ricotta, but I like my lasagna to be cheesy!! I have made this numerous times and it always, always gets rave reviews! I think it really may be the World's Best Lasagna!!

I made this for a party and it was a big hit! It tastes sooo good and is very addicting! It makes A LOT of dip, though. Tastes good re-heated the next day....and the next...

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

I loved this casserole! So rich and so creamy. As I was making this, I realized that I didn't have sour cream, so I substituted cream cheese. I think that made it a little extra rich.

Hot Artichoke Dip with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

The taste of this dip is absolutely delicious! I only gave it four stars, though, because it was really greasy. I kept it warm in a mini crockpot, and grease was just floating on top. But it tasted so good, no one really seemed to mind!

Yum, yum, yum!! I made these to serve with the artichoke and sun dried tomato dip, but most of my guests ate these without any dip....they were that good!
