Easy Lemon Cake Cookies with Icing

I am giving it a four star b/c they got 'rave' reviews from my husband's collegues. I thought they were just okay. They were easy but they were not what I was expecting. I am still searching for the perfect lemon cookie!

Spicy Bean Salsa

Great salsa. I brought some to work and everybody wanted the recipe! I did add about 2/3 cup of cilantro...might add more next time. I might also add a squeeze of fresh lime and maybe some of the zest. This is a winner!!!!!!!

Barbecue Ribs

Whole family loved these. This was my first attempt at ribs. I was worried...needlessly. Came out great. I can make ribs now!!! Happy dance! Thanks for posting a great recipe!

Rhubarb Cake I

I made this cake the other day, and it was fabulous. I used 4 c of rhubarb and I used 1T vinegar in 1 C milk. It turned out great! EVERYBODY LOVED it!!!! Will make again.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

This was a wonderful recipe. I also, used only 1 cup of ketchup. I used a pork roast instead of the ribs. I shredded the meat after is was done and put it back in the crockpot. I mixed the meat and the sauce well. I then served it on buns...............it was mouth wateringly delish!!!!!!! The whole family and guests LOVED it!!!! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This bread NEVER made it to the freezer! It was delicious. My family ate it in no time. It was the right amount of cinnamon too. You will not be disappointed if you make this. Go MOM!!!

If you like your guacamole bland, then this it the recipe for you. It was very good but lacked 'zip'. I will omit the oil next time.

I made this salsa and served it to guests for the first time today! EVERYONE loved it. I added one jalapeno pepper to 'jazz' it up, but it was wonderful without it also. This is a must keep recipe. I will make this one over and over again! Terrific salsa!!!!!

Glazed Meatloaf I

Yummy-yum-yum. My family loved this recipe. My husband said, "You ARE keeping this recipe, right???". My 13 year old daughter really liked it also. It was easy to make and very moist. I made the recipe as is. I will make this meatloaf again...and again.....and again......

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

Great recipe.....easy and tasty. My hubby said and I quote, "You can make this again." My daughter (13yrs. old), on the other hand thought is was okay. She said she'd eat it again. Wait 15 minutes, that opinion will pass!!!! I served it over noodles. If my son was home, I would have to double it! Thanks for the recipe!
