Bubble 'n' Squeak

Loved it... used Polska Kielbasa instead of ham and small red potatoes.

Slovak Stuffed Cabbage

This recipe was pretty average. It just didn't have a lot of flavor and was way too watery. I'll be going back to my old cabbage rolls recipe.

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

I cheated and used frozen meatballs from the grocery store. The kids didn't like the cream cheese, although I thought it added a nice flavor.
