Beef and Rice Medley
I tried this recipe and really loved it. My 14 and 12 year olds really enjoyed it because it was simple and contained things they recognized. I bumped up the seasoning with garlic salt and more cheese. Other than that it was really an excellent dish. I will definitely put this in my rotation of one pot meals.

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole
I tried this recipe for the first time a couple of days ago. My kids loved it. For a different, I also added an envelope of dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix into the mixture before sticking into the oven. It was very simple and not very time-consuming. We really enjoyed it!!!!

Aimee's Quick Chicken
I was looking for a different yet uncomplicated way to cook boneless chicken breasts. This is a wonderful recipe. My 10-year old daughter was able to help me prepare this also. Tastes great!!!
