Oven Pot Roast
Quite possibly the best roast I have ever tasted. I added garlic powder and a little salt to the flour mixture and used beef consume to deglaze the pan instead of dry vermouth. Fantastic!!!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Very good!! I took some of the other advice and used 2 C. of sugar and 1 C. of brown sugar. It ended up making 1 loaf, 12 muffins, and 1 mini loaf. Perfect!! Thanks for such a great recipe!

It's Chili by George!!
This is the absolute best chili!! I have made it over and over. It's so easy! My mom makes it now as well. I always make it exactly by the recipe. No need to change a thing!
