Sloppy Joes II
We love this recipe. My daughter who wont eat sloppy joes requests this recipe! So good and easy! I use 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.

Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice
Fantastic recipe. I forgot to soak the beans overnight so I used 4 cans of light red kidney beans. So good! My whole family loved it!

Oven Pot Roast
Quite possibly the best roast I have ever tasted. I added garlic powder and a little salt to the flour mixture and used beef consume to deglaze the pan instead of dry vermouth. Fantastic!!!
