Irish Chicken and Dumplings
I do it the hard way at 1st i use a whole chicken and boil it almost off the bone , then let it cool enough so i can pick off the meat. themn i added the chopped veggies and I use a cornstarch and water mix to thicken it up insted of using another can of chicken soup, i also added more spices for my families taste . great recipe .....thanx claire
