I love to cook! I love to try new things out in my brand new oven..lol I was never into cooking until after I was married 5 years ago, I've been on a roll ever since! I love trying out new desserts on my co-workers and family members. The carmel apple cheesecake was a hit! Where my stove is in the kitchen, it is sloped so on the one side of the oven, everything is slanted. And the fact that I can't seem to make a cheesecake without cracking it in the middle. . . HELP!
