I love the holidays! I really get into baking and cookie making. I also recently lost 50 lbs, so I am always trying to cook healthy. We love soup so I experiment with different ingredients to make hearty soups. I also enjoy making muffins and cupcakes. My favorite thing to do at Christmas time is make spritz cookies. This has been a tradition at our house since my son was small. He is now 28! We are a cooking family! My husband loves to bar-b-que. So when ever I try to cook on the grill it is a triumph if it is edible. In 32 years of cooking, there are too many to write about.......... the time I made rolls and killed the yeast.... or the time left a glass baking dish of lasagne on top of the stove and turned on the burner, or the time..........
