Shredded French Dip
Yummy ! Keep in mind that it shrinks when you cook it in a slow cooker. I wish I would have bought more meat. Toasting a roll w/ butter and garlic powder and then throwing it back under the broiler w/ pepper jack cheese made it extra tasty !

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
YUMMY ! I've made it 6x's since Thanksgiving, when I was looking for a way to take care of leftovers. I am making more right now ;-)

Ali's Amazing Bruschetta
Awesome recipe ;-) but if you want something a bit different check out Carrie's bruschetta ~ adding a bit of feta cheese can change it up !
